Buy Tickets Without Service Fee

At Tickets For Less, the ticket price you see is always the price you pay. We do not add service fees at checkout that increase your ticket price. When you purchase from most other ticket sites, the price of your tickets can increase by as much as 30% during checkout. The cost per ticket increases because of service fees that are hidden during the browsing process. At Tickets For Less we believe in 'all-in' ticket pricing. The only addition you will see at checkout is a flat rate for the transfer and delivery of electronic tickets or for the shipping of hard stock tickets, and it will never be added to each individual ticket.

The secondary market for event tickets provides a service to customers and sellers by connecting the two, but there are a few methods ticket sellers use to hook you in before showing you the final price. Some ticket sellers list their tickets at a much lower price throughout the browsing process, and then during checkout they increase the price by as much as 30% with added service fees. Their hope is by that point you have gone through so many steps and entered so much personal information that you proceed with the order regardless of the price increase. Luckily, Tickets For Less takes no part in those tactics. The price you see listed for the ticket is always the price you pay at checkout.

Similar to shipping costs that have always been unavoidable with hard stock tickets, electronic and mobile tickets require $5.95 for transfer and delivery. The process of converting, emailing and transferring mobile and electronic tickets has only become more time consuming and complicated as the industry advances. The good news is, a flat rate of $5.95 for electronic transfer and delivery is far cheaper than shipping tickets via FedEx and UPS.

Unfortunately, the return of concerts also means the return of ticket service fees. While you may have sorely missed going to shows during the COVID-19 pandemic, you probably did not miss that extra $50 charge on top of the cost of your seat. The frustratingly vague "convenience fee" makes even nosebleeds expensive.

What do those fees even go to, anyway? According to David Goldberg, a longtime ticketing executive and investor, people used to have to go in person to actual box offices to buy tickets to events. When ticket sales started to go remote, companies had to pay for the service of hooking up computers and hiring staff to answer the phones. Hence the service fee.

Secondary sellers are a different story. Christine Yeo, marketing and communications manager for Vivid Seats, explains that Vivid Seats is a marketplace. It vets sellers and allows them to post tickets online for resale.

Bottom line? Ticket fees are high but not entirely arbitrary. While secondary sellers use them to stay in business, primary sellers generally charge service or convenience fees because, if they want to secure contracts with venues, they have to.

At FeeFreeTicket.com, we take customer service seriously. Our dedicated team of agents is always available to help you find the perfect tickets for your event and to assist with any questions or issues that may arise. We want your ticket buying experience to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Remember, service charges can be called different names. Look out for processing fees, commission, or transaction fees. The best chance you have to avoid hidden fees of concert tickets is purchasing with cash at the box office. And one other (less fun) option is a service like Yahoo! Music which streams live events online for at-home viewing.

For each Broadway show, there is only one official online (and phone sales) Broadway ticket seller that is approved to sell the face value Broadway Tickets. These ticket sellers are also able sell discounted tickets, provided you already have the discount code. Using this ticket seller for either services will result in a booking fee.

By buying tickets in-person, at the box office, you can avoid paying the ticketing fees. If you are buying just two tickets, then the fees are not going to be that high and it may be worth paying for the convenience of buying online (or over the phone). But for three tickets or more, then buying tickets in-person at the box office is going to be the right way to go.

Buyers will physically have to go to the box office to buy the tickets. The box office will not hold the tickets until buyers get there and pay for them. There is a business opportunity for someone to buy tickets for others, which especially makes sense when it is a large amount of tickets and the savings will be significant.

Buying Broadway tickets directly at the theatre box office is advantageous because then you don't have to pay any of the handling or convenience charges that Ticketmaster and Telecharge, or another ticket vendor will add to your Broadway tickets bill if you buy online or over the phone.

Buying In person also allows you access to tickets that have not be advertised in those other mediums. There is a reason why Broadway ticket brokers only buy tickets this way. Another advantage of buying tickets directly at the box office is that you will have a physical ticket in hand, so no need to pay for shipping.

The downside to buying tickets in-person means that you have to actually get to the theatre to complete the transaction, which is difficult for people who live outside the theatre district and next to impossible for out-of-towners.

Ticketmaster sells about 40% of all Broadway tickets, and is the well-known ticketing giant that people use all over the world for concerts and sporting events. In New York City, Broadway tickets are one of Ticketmaster's most important products.

Visiting Alcatraz Island is one of the most rewarding experiences of any trip to San Francisco. However, visitors who wish to visit the prison and island grounds must secure reservations. For over a decade, the National Park Service has implemented a reservation system, which is much different from the ways past generations accessed the Alcatraz Island. The National Park Service strongly recommends making advanced ticket reservations. Reservations secured far enough in advance allow visitors to visit and also eliminate the need to wait in line to purchase tickets.Alcatraz tickets are all inclusive. The ticket price includes the ferry transportation service provided by Alcatraz City Cruises, the cellhouse audio tour provided by the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, and the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act fee. For additional information on schedules, prices, and to purchase tickets in advance (tickets are made available about 90 days in advance) please visit the Alcatraz City Cruises. The cellhouse audio tour is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Mandarin. It is also available in Braille in English. If you would like to bypass the audio tour experience, please contact a supervisor in the cellhouse bookstore for a refund. 041b061a72
